Managing Director
Anastacia Linda Masingizane serves as the Managing Director of JL Communications, overseeing Risk and Event Operations, where she plays a key role in managing operational risk, ensuring regulatory compliance and executing strategic event planning. She is also the Team Lead for the Kwa Kgotleng ICNM Series, overseeing program delivery with a focus on structured coordination and stakeholder engagement. Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice Studies, Anastacia brings a strong foundation in legal frameworks, investigative processes, and ethical standards to her work, enhancing operational efficiency and organizational accountability.
Beyond her corporate responsibilities, Anastacia contributes extensively to the governance and safeguarding structures within the judo community. She serves as the Secretary General and National Safeguarding Coordinator for the Botswana Judo Federation, as well as the Southern Judo Confederation’s Safeguarding Coordinator.
In these roles, she oversees athlete protection policies, ensures compliance with international safeguarding standards, and manages organizational administration. Additionally, she is a certified national referee, Development Coach at the Gaborone Judo Center and an advocate for ethical governance in sport. Her leadership in both corporate and sporting contexts reflects a consistent commitment to risk management, compliance, and the promotion of safe, well-structured environments.
